Nevis, West Indies Wedding

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by my bride Katie who lives in Boston with her now hubbie Scott. In less than three month’s Katie and Scott planned a stunning wedding held at the Botanical Gardens and Montpelier Plantation. Nichole and her crew at Montpelier did a fantastic job!

The friends and family, of Katie and Scott, were tons of fun and I had a wonderful time getting to know them. The whole wedding extravaganza was filled with: Welcoming Party’s, A Bonfire Rehearsal, and Heartfelt “I Do’s” on the Wedding Day. A great little tradition in Nevis is doing a champagne toast when the cake is served… I can think of nothing better!

“Sammy The Starfish”

While away photographing a last minute wedding in Nevis last weekend, I was able to steal an hour to myself the morning of rehearsal. When Tony and I were heading out of Nevis last month on our “Mad Dash” I spotted a great little beach. So when I had the chance to go back, I did not hesitate! See what you can find when you clear your mind and take in nature!

Cape May & Congress Hall

Two places I love! Cape May & Congress Hall are picturesque this time of year. Not only did Tony ask me to marry him in Cape May, but we also just returned from photographing a beach wedding.

On June 28th Amy & Paul said their heart felt “I Do’s” on the Beach in Cape May. The beautiful Gina Sole planned the lavish event with no detail left out! Lindsay, the event coordinator, did an amazing job! I love the ballroom at Congress Hall because of it’s Tiffany Blue walls and black and white checkered floor.

P.S. Amy, it is not totally over - we still get to design your albums and this link is only a few of the thousands of images from you wedding…

Main Line Today Magazine

Main Line Today Magazine contacted me for some wedding images for their “Best Of Issue”. The Wedding of Krissy Brandolini and Kyle Edginton was published as a two page spread. Krissy and Kyle deserved to be in the Magazine’s. You would have thought it was a celebrity wedding!

Baby, you’re a star!

I just opened the Suburban Newspaper on Friday and on their Spot Light Section was Sarah DiCicco Photography. It was a full page, front section article on the Wedding Movie Premiere we did on June 1st with Erin & Thomas’s wedding images.  I love the exposure we are getting for the premiere! Dave Williams Films did an amazing job!

Wedding at Montpelier Plantation

Tony and I just returned from a wonder trip to St Kitts & Nevis. One week before we departed, I was contacted by a bride and groom from England who were having a destination wedding on Nevis at The Montpelier Plantation Inn that week. Tricia, the bride, had heard through the grape vine that we were going to be on the Island… The wedding was planned by Nicole (Montpelier’s wedding planner) and the day was perfect.

Ottleys Plantation

While our stay in St. Kitts we called Ottleys home. I can honestly say the food was the best I have ever had! I have to call for the Carrot Bisque Soup Recipe…

The owners, Marty and Nancy, were wonderful hosts. So if you find yourself at Ottleys, tell them Sarah & Tony said hello!

Mad Dash

So after photographing Tricia & Dean’s Wedding in Nevis we headed back to St Kitts to catch our flight home. But, oops… Our taxi driver forgot to tell us that the ferry had left! So off to the private boat shuttle we ran. With only $200ec left in our pockets, we chartered a private boat to rush us over to St. Kitts for the exact amount we had. After the “mad dash” we arrived at St Kitts earlier than we had expected, we took up one last site on our visit. This is the Dock off of Turtle Beach. Soon to be exclusive villa’s and upscale shopping. This is also the home to the new restaurant The Beach House. After a 6 hour layover in Puerto Rico we made it home safe and sound!

Four Seasons Nevis

Three years ago was our first trip to Nevis. Tony & I photographed Kevin & Meredith’s wedding at Montpelier Plantation Inn. The day’s leading up to the wedding were filled with sunset cruise’s, Spa treatments & Golf at the Four Seasons Nevis.  Yes, the Spa at the Four Seasons Nevis is everything they say it is!

Here is a link to Kevin & Meredith’s Wedding.

Anyway. When we were on the island three years ago we stopped at Mango restaurant, located on the Four Season’s property. We Fell in love with their White Wine Sangria! So we did not miss the opportunity to visit last week. We enjoyed lunch and the amazing view.
